Sheep Maryhill is a livestock and arable hill farm spread over 660 acres of rolling fields that may have barley, oats, grass or "neeps" planted in them. For the month of April of each year it is a joy to see the lambs being born and frolicking, and when the cows are in the barns during the winter months the children love to "help" with their feeding. See dozens of varieties of birds from the cabins or explore rocky shores at Buckie and Portgordon.

Buckie, still an active fishing port, is 3 miles away and will cater for most shopping needs. It has a 25meter swimming pool, two golf courses, play parks, garages and organised boat trips for dolphin watching/fishing etc.- www.geminiexplorer.co.uk

At 7 miles away Cullen has a lovely sandy beach and is just a taste of the amazing diversity of coastal experiences ranging from rocky coves, sand dunes and quaint harbours for you to explore.
