Maryhill is a livestock and arable hill farm spread over 660 acres of rolling fields that may have barley, oats, grass or "neeps" planted in them. For the month of April of each year it is a joy to see the lambs being born and frolicking, and when the cows are in the barns during the winter months the children love to "help" with their feeding.
