THE CABINS

Maryhill Log Cabins provide a great destination for families and friends to enjoy the peace and tranquillity of rural Scotland.  Be it for a cosy winter escape and or a summer adventure in the highlands and lowlands of the Moray, Maryhill Log Cabins provide the perfect self-catering accommodation. 

 

The cabins are clean, warm and comfortable, with simple furnishings suited to the warm elegance of natural pine. Both have verandahs with stunning views over the Moray Firth. 

 

They are equipped to a high standard for self-catering, with electric heating, a fridge, cooker, microwave, Freeview digital colour TV/DVD player and free WiFi. Duvets, linen and towels are included, and your bed/s will be made up for you prior to arrival. 

 

The water supply to the cabins comes from a local spring providing beautifully fresh water, free from chemicals, for drinking, cooking and showering.  

 

We have a separate outbuilding with a washing machine and tumble drier shared by both cabins.

 

The cabins are normally let on a weekly basis with change over on Saturday, although short breaks are also possible (2+ nights). Check out time is 10.30am to allow time for cleaning. Arrival from 3.30pm.

Note: We regret that no dogs or others pets are allowed. No smoking. There are five steps up to the front door of each cabin, which makes them unsuitable for wheelchair users.

BEN LAWERS

Ben Lawers is the smaller of the two cabins and is the first on the left as you arrive at the cabins.

 

With one double bedroom and a single room with bunk beds, it comfortably sleeps two adults and two children.

BEN VORLICH

Ben Vorlich has two large bedrooms, one with a double bed and an optional put-up bed, and the other with bunks and a single bed.

 

It sleeps anything from 2 adults and four children to five adults, as long as they don't mind sharing!
